How to connect to your session
Using Zoom video conference
This is the standard and usually the easiest method to connect. It is also free. All appointment confirmations and reminders will have a built-in Zoom link. To connect to your session this way:
Simply click on the Zoom link
You can do this using a smart phone, tablet, or computer (if it’s equipped with a camera, speakers & mic)
Be sure to maintain a strong internet connection
Turning your camera on requires more network bandwidth but allows the sessions to proceed more easily so you get more value. This is the recommended way to connect unless your connection isn’t strong.
Note that for Sakaso sessions, connecting via Zoom link with the camera on is required.
Using a phone
If you prefer to phone in, use the following instructions. We suggest you practice doing this in advance of your meeting so you can be on time for your session.
Be sure you’ve sent a photo of yourself prior to your session
Medical Intuitive Reading: clear face picture without sunglasses or mask & ideally include a full-body picture with clothes on
Psychic Reading: clear face picture without sunglasses or mask
Mediumship Reading: clear face picture without sunglasses or mask of both yourself and the persons with whom you would like to connect
Sakaso session: dial-in is not supported for this type of session. Please use the Zoom link to connect.
Find your Meeting ID by clicking on your meeting link
In your meeting invitation, click on the meeting link where it says “Zoom”
Your Meeting ID should appear on the page that is displayed
Write down your Meeting ID (ideally on note paper)
Dial into one of the phone numbers shown below
At the prompt, enter your Meeting ID

Q: If I connect via phone, will you call me?
A: No. If you decide to connect to your session using a phone, we do not call you. You will need to call in using the above instructions.
Q: If I connect via phone, will there be long-distance charges?
A: If you call in by phone using one of the above numbers, any long-distance phone charges will depend on your phone carrier's plan. If your phone carrier's plan provides free phone-call service to one of the above regions, then your call will be free.

Q: Where is the Zoom link for my Distance Reiki session?
A: Distance Reiki sessions are NOT conducted by Zoom or phone so there is no Zoom link or meeting ID. For Reiki, we use the old-school internet. You know the old saying that we are all connected? The thing is, it’s not just a saying, it’s literally true. Simply do your best to relax and be meditative during your session.
Q: What do I do if I’m late for my session or I want to reschedule or cancel?
A: Rescheduling or cancelling your session requires 24 hrs notice. Late time is charged. For more info, see our Terms and Conditions
